Shipping Information

We ship only within the continental US at this time. We offer standard and next day air. Next day air will only be applicable to all in stock items. All in stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days from receipt of order unless next day air is selected. Items not in stock or in back order will ship within 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of order. These are noted in the individual product details on the website.

Return Policy

Our top priority it that our customers are fully satisfied with every item that they purchase from Birdie Tree, LLC. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories and original packing slip to ensure full credit.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT USED OR WORN MERCHANDISE

Any item(s) that are returned more than 30 days from date of receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED under any circumstances.

Return Authorization is not required. The shipping method of your choice may be used, however an insured/traceable service is recommended.

Please include a copy of your original invoice, along with instructions regarding the reason for return or exchange. If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, please be specific.

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise in proper condition as detailed above.
